  • Make sure the working report is acquired, appropriately filled and returned in response to hotel process.
  • Make up guestroom (together with balcony area where relevant) each day accordingly to the requirements set by administration.
  • Carry out evening turn down service each day based mostly on the standards set by administration.
  • Clear and keep guestrooms, carpet, wallpapers, furnishings and bathrooms each day.
  • Tidy up visitor gadgets as directed by process.
  • Clear, tidy and keep the maid’s trolley and ground pantries always.
  • Deal with soil linen as specified by procedure.
  • Report any harm of property, furniture, fixtures and working tools to supervisor.
  • To deal with the “Do Not Disturb” rooms in accordance to lodge process.
  • Report any uncommon, sick or irregular habits of visitor and employees who arouses suspicion.
  • Full spring-cleaning or undertaking of all rooms as required and/ or requested by supervisor.
  • Put together arrival rooms as indicated on the each day maids’ report.
  • Observe uniform and grooming requirements each day.
  • To carry out every other duties which may be assigned to him/ her so as to fulfill the aims of the department.
  • Certificates/Diploma in Hospitality/Lodge Administration or equal.
  • No less than 12 months working expertise within the associated discipline.
  • Attentiveness and endurance for patrons.
  • Energetic listening and effective communication abilities.
  • In a position to communicate with completely different level of individuals
  • Endurance and may work underneath strain.
  • Robust organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to carry out properly in a fast-paced setting.
